Tibet / Nepal. Antike Bronze Statue. Reste von Bemalung. Aureole und Lotos separat gearbeitet, aber nun verbunden. H. 23,5 cm. Gewicht 1788 g. Aus privater Sammlung.

Die Hände zeigen das dhyana mudra und halten einen patra. In dhyana-asana vor Aureole auf doppeltem Lotosthron sitzend. Boden mit Platte verschlossen und mit Stoff überzogen. Leichte Altersspuren und Abrieb. Figur ist rituell gefüllt!

The hands showing the dhyana mudra and holding a patra. Seated in dhyana-asana in front of a flaming aureole on a double lotus throne. Bottom sealed with a fabric covered plate. Slight signs of age and wear. Figure is ritually filled!
